A project manager in the high tech industry, Terra specializes in systems integration and development. She is a founder of the Citizen Action Team. Within a week of hurricane Katrina, CAT was delivering semi-trucks full of supplies. The team launched an online database to help track rapidly changing supply needs. The database continues to be a resource for thousands of people serving the Gulf and is expanding to serve other areas of the country.
