The Organizers' Collaborative has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. 1. Information We Collect Our signup form for our listserve requires users to give us contact information (your name and email address) and optionally allows them to provide context information (your organization's name and zip code). Our site does not make use of cookies to keep track of your use of our site. If you choose to make a donation, or if you choose to view archives of email messages, the sites we use to provide these services may make use of cookies, which are small packets of information stored on your computer. 2. Our Use of Your Information The other we collect is only for the use of the Organizers' Collaborative. We may use this information to send out promotional emails no more than for events or websites that we sponsor. These promotional emails will be for non-commercial purposes only, related to the topic of listserves to which people have voluntarily subscribed, and the frequency will be less than four times per year. If you want to opt out of any emails outside the listserve please send us a brief note at staff <at> organizerscollaborative.org to that effect. 3. Our Disclosure of Your Information We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Privacy Policy. This site contains links to other sites. The Organizers' Collaborative is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. 4.
