A group of lawyers and law students are working on a project to make available sample articles of organization, bylaws and federal tax exemption documents along with explanatory guides. We want to make these freely available in an interactive format to help people who want to start nonprofits and want to qualify for federal tax exemption (to be able to get donors); like open source principles, we want to make this information available for free - though if after getting the basic work done, people want to connect to lawyers for Q and A, or, even to find a qualified lawyer to hire as a consultant, we can do that too.

We are seeking input from the NPO community as to whether they think this would be a useful tool, and how to structure it if they think it is.
