Organizers' Collaborative (OC) recognizes that real change can occur only through a vibrant movement that includes tens of thousands of small organizations. Thus our technology assistance and training programs are uniquely focused on replicable solutions that lower the barriers to access.
OC's projects (like the Boston Organizational Divide Initiative, ODB, and the Grassroots Use of Technology conference) involve and directly serve the grassroots activist community.

Why Volunteer?
You don't have to be a techie to volunteer; we always need energetic people to help with:
- Organizing events
- Data entry, mailings, calling our members, etc.
- Writing (for grants, our web site, the OCtech newsletter, case studies, etc.)
- Translating our materials into Japanese
- Designing our outreach materials
If you have programming or tech skills - great! You can get involved with:
- Designing and teaching classes to non-technical people
- Web design and CMS customization
- Web application development
- Desktop software development
- Software testing
- User support for software
Volunteers can come into the Boston office or work from afar.
