Our co-location with the Grassroots Radio Conference means that participants in the Grassroots Use of Technology Conference and Penguin Day Lowell can access low-cost lodging in Lowell.

On-Campus Housing

On-campus housing is available at the Fox Hall dormitory, a short walk from the conference sessions. Single rooms are $50 per night. Double rooms are $34 per night per person. Bedding is included.

There is a $10 refundable key deposit. UMass Lowell will charge $75 for each lost key. Anyone who loses a key will be billed for the replacement cost.

We expect to arrange free parking for those who stay at Fox Hall. Please let us know if you will require overnight parking.

Off-Campus Housing

We have reserved 25 rooms at the DoubleTree Inn, less than one mile from the conference. The convention rate is $99 plus tax per night (single or double). Make your reservations directly with the DoubleTree Inn (1-978-452-1200 or www.doubltree.com). Mention the Grass Roots Conference to get this rate. These rooms will be held for conference participants until May 21, 2007.
