Ryan will be laying out a discussion on how organizations can rise above the chatter and get what they really need: usable and affordable Web sites to better interact with their supporters.

Ryan will give a short presentation of Non-Profit Soapbox, which is a new breed of open source content management systems that are provided to small and mid-sized organizations without the frustrations of installation, IT infrastructure, and support headaches.

Additionally, Ryan will provide an overview of how organizations can get their Web site up to speed with effective new technologies, without getting stuck in the Web 2.0 hype machine.
