Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed with lists of features or technical jargon when trying to choose what IT solutions would best fit your needs? This workshop will provide a framework for understanding what questions you should ask when evaluating IT solutions, it will ask attendees to discuss their most pressing IT decision, and then the group will apply the decision-making framework to address these real-life challenges.

This session is targeted toward the small nonprofit who needs to decide where to invest a limited technology budget. This session assumes that attendees feel comfortable using a computer but they have little formal training in technology and they have many other non-technology job responsibilities to handle.
