Mike Patek works as a computer programmer in Philadelphia. He has been helping the Energy Justice Network develop an online database of power plants and other major sources of pollution in the U.S. His other projects include the nonprofit organization CharityHelp International (charityhelp.org), and the consulting group Strategies for Science & Technology (mapofscience.com). Mike has volunteered with Energy Justice since early 2005 to develop our power plant database project and now works part-time as paid staff on this project.
